Tim Slater is the Managing Director of Harmer Slater and specialises in providing business advice to a wide range of clients, from small privately owned businesses to AIM listed companies and multi-national groups
Tim's expertise is in assisting companies with business plans, budgetary control, forecasting and International Financial Reporting Standards and their application to multi-national groups.
Tim also has extensive experience of liaising with group auditors of international organisations.Tim has also acted as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer for a range of companies.

Ransford specialises in providing audit and assurance services to various entities with specialist focus on UK subsidiaries of large listed and unlisted multi-national companies.
He has extensive experience of working with other professionals (including group auditors) and has also worked on a broad range of transactions including the tax aspects of restructuring UK operations and general advisory services in connection with overseas investment into the UK.
Ransford's client portfolio covers a range of sectors including manufacturing, media and communications, property investment, retail, schools, software and service companies.
